GRAND PLAZA RESIDENTS RAISE THOUSANDS
FOR TSUNAMI RELIEF FUND

Residents of the Grand Plaza apartment complex teamed up with local businesses in the River North neighborhood to generate thousands of dollars for Tsunami relief.

NNP Residential & Development, co-developer and manager of the two-tower high-rise apartment development at 540 N. State St., co-sponsored the Grand Plaza Tsunami Relief Fund event with National City Bank to lend a helping hand to victims of the recent tragedy.

A combined raffle and silent auction set off a flurry of activity for the residents of Grand Plaza to support a very important cause. “We feel strongly about providing assistance to the Tsunami victim’s. The Grand Plaza Tsunami Relief Fund gave our residents an opportunity to make a difference and set an example for our community.” said NNP Vice President Robin Loewenberg Berger.

Numerous awards received by Grand Plaza include The Leadership Award 2005 Professional Real Estate Management Information Education & Recognition Award; The National Apartment Association’s 2004 Paragon Award Winner – Best Mid/High Rise Community; "Development of the Year" by the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association; and Property Excellence award from the Chicagoland Apartment Association.
